Say it Again

A familiar voice

Put a voice QR code in a funeral or memorial programme.

A voicemail, a story, or the laugh at the end of a video. Give people the option to hear it when they are ready.

A QR code in a printed programme can open a listening page on a phone. Say it Again pairs up to two minutes of audio with your photos and a personal message, and gives you the QR code and downloadable files.

$29.99 once, plus applicable tax. Preview before paying. Digital files; you arrange any printing.

  1. Choose the recording with the family.

You do not need a formal message. An ordinary story or a familiar greeting can be enough. Ask the people arranging the service which recording they want to share and whether the other people heard in it are comfortable being included.

Save the original audio or video in a separate folder before making a shorter version. If all you have is a voicemail still inside a phone app, export a copy first and check that the saved file plays. Phone and carrier export options differ; ask the provider for help if the app has no export option.

  2. Make the page before the print deadline.

Upload the recording, keep the part you want, and add the person’s name, a photograph and a short introduction to the recording. You can join several short parts within the two-minute finished limit. With a video upload, the page uses its sound.

Review the complete page with the person responsible for the programme before paying. The published page cannot be edited. Links and downloads are available after payment and processing complete, so leave time to confirm the page is ready and test the printed proof.

  3. Give the printer the actual QR file.

Download the QR PNG or SVG from your completed keepsake and place it in the programme artwork. Keep it dark on a light background, leave its clear margin intact, and avoid stretching it or placing text over it. Start with a code at least two centimetres wide, then test the actual printed size.

Print one proof. Scan it from a second phone, open the page, and press play. Include a short description and the listening URL beside the code for people who prefer to type or receive a link. A scan opens the hosted page, so it needs an internet connection. Keep a downloaded MP3 available separately if the recording is also to be played during the service.

Before the programme goes to print

  • Agree on the recording, photograph, wording and intended audience with the family.
  • Check the published page and audio before approving the print proof.
  • Scan the actual printed code, including after any changes to its size.
  • Tell the venue or celebrant if audio will be played during the service; use a downloaded copy for that plan.
  • Give the family the original recording, MP3 and offline page as separate files.

What your keepsake includes

Say it Again is a digital voice keepsake: up to two minutes of audio with your photos and a personal message on an unlisted listening page. You receive its listening link, QR code, downloadable MP3 and photos, an offline page, and the included print-ready kit.

The kit has keepsake cards, story prints, waveform prints, gift tags, wallet cards, QR files and a printing guide, plus editable PowerPoint versions for Canva. Preview the card and prints on your downloads page, then save the files you want. There is no subscription, and listeners need no app or account. You arrange printing; a physical card or frame is not shipped.

Your links and downloads become available after payment and processing complete. Check that the page is ready before sending it to a printer or sharing it for an event.

Choose who hears it. Keep a copy.

Anyone with the listening link or QR code can open the page and pass it on. Share only recordings and photos you have permission to use. An adult must create and purchase the keepsake, with the required permissions for anyone included.

Download the recording and offline page, open them once, and keep a second copy with your personal files. The printed QR opens the hosted page and needs an internet connection; your saved offline page works separately.
