Yes. Download the finished book and its recordings and photos. Save your offline copy somewhere safe so you can open it without internet or this website.

Have a recording ready? Give yourself about 10–15 minutes to pick a design and make it yours. Take your time with the little details. There’s no rush.

Give it a few minutes after payment. Keep the page open and your listening link will appear when it’s ready. We’ll email it to you too.

Yes. You pay once per keepsake page. No subscription or renewal fees. You’ll see the total, including any tax, before you pay.

Absolutely. Bring a saved voicemail, voice memo, or video. Trim the parts you want and put them in order. The finished recording can be up to two minutes long. A tiny message counts too.

How to turn a voicemail into a QR code keepsake

Of course. Pick a design, add your photos and a little note, and make it feel like you. You can move things around, change the colors, and listen to the whole page before buying.

Need a break? Look for Resume when you come back. Use the same device and browser, and return within 24 hours. Keep your original recording and photos just in case.

Your finished page is final, so give names, dates, and photos one last look before you buy. If something comes out differently from your preview, let me know and I’ll help.

That’s what it’s made for. Send the listening link, tuck a QR card into a gift, or put it in a frame. Share it with one person or the whole family. Keep your private downloads link to yourself.

Download a design and print it at home, at a photo kiosk, or through a print shop. This is a digital kit, so no physical item is shipped.

Want to change the print? Upload the PowerPoint version into Canva, or open it in PowerPoint. Make it yours, then print! Check the layout and scan one test print first.

Anyone you give the link or QR code to. We don’t add your page to a public gallery, and we ask search engines not to list it. Someone with the link can pass it on, so share it thoughtfully.

We don’t routinely listen to recordings. Access may be needed if you ask for help, report a problem, or there’s a safety or legal issue.

That’s not our plan! But your family’s memories should always be yours. Download your recording, photos, and a copy of your page, then keep them somewhere safe. That saved page plays without internet or our website.

We host your page for as long as Say it Again operates, unless you ask us to remove it. If that ever changed, our plan is to give you plenty of notice and help you keep your files.

Look for the private downloads link in your keepsake email. It works for eight days.

Need a fresh link? Open your keepsake, choose Owner access, then Email me a code. If you’ve lost the keepsake link too, send me a note with the email you used to buy it.

Yes. Open Owner access on your page and request removal. Save your files first. We’ll disable the page and begin removing its stored files and personal details.

Charged twice? Page missing or not working as promised? We’ll repair, replace, or refund it. Otherwise, completed purchases are normally final because each page is made for you. Your rights under local law still apply.

Use recordings, photos, and messages you have permission to share, including permission from the people in them. Please leave out commercial music, abusive content, and anyone else’s private information.

Children’s voices and photos are welcome with parent or guardian permission where needed. The person making and buying the keepsake must be 18 or older.
