Help using the site
Accessibility
Making and enjoying a keepsake should be within reach. If something gets in your way, I want to help.
Get a hand
If you have trouble using any part of the site, email me for accessibility help. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and your browser or assistive technology, if you know it. Please don’t include payment card details.
I’ll help you work through the task and investigate the barrier. You can also find the support address on our contact page.
Using a keyboard
- Use Tab to move forward through controls and Shift + Tab to move back. Use Enter to follow a link or activate a button, and Space to change a checkbox.
- The first link, “Skip to content,” moves past the site navigation.
- In the page editor, select an element and use the arrow keys to move it. Hold Shift for a larger move. Use Alt + arrow keys to resize it, or Alt + Shift + Left or Right to rotate it.
- Open Page to adjust the page height. Photo editing controls include Zoom and horizontal and vertical crop position. Use the arrow keys on a slider to adjust its value.
On a Mac, you may need to turn on keyboard navigation in your browser or system settings to reach every control. A screen reader may use its own interaction commands for form fields and the page canvas.
Reading and motion preferences
Use your browser’s zoom controls to make the site larger. On most desktop browsers, press Control + Plus on Windows or Command + Plus on a Mac; use Minus to zoom out or 0 to reset.
Use your device’s reduced-motion setting to reduce keepsake effects. Sparkle effects on listening pages include a pause control. Use the audio player’s Play and Pause controls to listen at your own pace.
Continuing to improve
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA to guide improvements. We’re continuing to test the creation and payment flows with keyboards and assistive technology.
If a control, recording, or customer-created page is difficult to use, please get in touch. Your report helps us understand what needs attention.
