What you are buying
A Digital Voice Keepsake is a personalized, unlisted webpage containing the recording and page you submit. The listed price is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It includes the hosted page and downloadable files; printing and physical products are not included. Review your recording, photos, message, and page before paying. Creation begins as soon as payment succeeds.
Applicable tax is added at checkout and included in the total shown before you pay.
Purchases are currently available to buyers with a United States billing address. Recipients can use their keepsake links abroad where the service is available.
Group keepsakes
A Group Keepsake is one shared book, purchased by its organizer before contributions open. The listed price includes capacity for up to 300 received contributions. Each can include up to two recordings joined into one voice message of up to 60 seconds total, one normalized photograph and a written note. It does not create 300 individual keepsake pages. Replacing a contribution uses the same place; withdrawing a received contribution does not increase the purchased capacity. Applicable tax is shown before payment. Printed signs, plaques and other physical goods are not included.
The organizer signs in to manage the book and is responsible for its invitation, collection deadline, review, arrangement and publication. Guests can contribute without an account. The initial collection deadline is 14 days after the event; the organizer can change it or close collection sooner. A paid book does not expire because the organizer has not published it. A full refund is available any time before the first guest entry is received. After that, if we do not deliver what we promised, we will fix it or refund you. Opening the link alone does not count as contributing. The purchase remedies below also apply.
By submitting to a group, an adult contributor gives the organizer permission to include, edit and arrange their contribution in the shared book and its downloads. We preserve the original submitted words when the organizer edits them. Automated processing can suggest a transcript, volume adjustment and start or end points; originals are retained and the organizer controls what is approved for publication. An unlisted finished-book link may be forwarded by anyone who receives it. The organizer may choose to make the original event QR open the finished book.
Keep your private contribution receipt to replace your contribution while collection is open or request its withdrawal. Withdrawal stops its online display and playback and starts removal from active storage. Pausing sharing or changing a link does not recall files someone has already downloaded. The organizer can download an offline copy of approved content after collection closes and should keep that copy somewhere safe.
Adults and family keepsakes
You must be at least 18 to create, submit, or purchase a keepsake. Children may appear in a family keepsake submitted by an adult who has the required rights and permissions, including permission from a parent or legal guardian where required. Anyone under 18 must not submit a keepsake directly. The adult submitting it is responsible for the content and for choosing who receives its unlisted link.
Unlisted sharing
Playback links are unlisted and tell search engines not to index them, but anyone with the link can play the recording. Share the link or QR only with people you want to have access. We cannot prevent a recipient from forwarding it.
A shared collection link can expose several keepsakes together. We add a recording only after separate collection-sharing consent, and the collection remains private until an operator deliberately publishes its link. Anyone who receives a published collection link can access every recording listed there.
Your content and permission
You retain any ownership rights you have in your recordings, photographs, and text. You give Say it Again a nonexclusive permission to store, process, reproduce, and display that content, and to use the service providers needed to create, host, deliver, maintain, and support your keepsake and its downloads. This does not authorize us to use your content in advertising.
You must own the content or have permission from its copyright owner, and have any consent needed from people whose voices, images, or private information it includes. Being pictured in a photograph does not necessarily mean you own its copyright. Do not upload commercial music, illegal or abusive content, or another person’s private information without the required permission. We may disable content that violates these terms or creates a safety or legal risk.
In appropriate circumstances, we disable content from and refuse further service to people who repeatedly infringe copyright. We review relevant notices and counter-notices when making those decisions.
Payments and refunds
Stripe processes payment and sends the receipt to the email used at checkout. Because each keepsake is a personalized digital product that begins processing immediately, our normal policy is that completed purchases are final, subject to the remedies below and any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.
If you are charged twice, your keepsake is not delivered, or the delivered page does not work as promised, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund the purchase as appropriate. Personalization does not remove statutory rights. These terms do not limit remedies, cancellation rights, warranties, or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
We track refunds and disputes automatically. Opening a dispute does not automatically delete a delivered keepsake. If access needs to change, we review the case and communicate with the owner; a refund is separate from a request to remove personal content.
Hosting, downloads, and removal
We design the keepsake link for durable long-term playback and keep it hosted until you request removal. No online service can promise uninterrupted availability, so keep the downloadable recording and QR we provide. The published page is final; owner access lets you re-download the recording, photos, QR code, and offline copy. Contact support if the delivered page needs a correction.
Anyone can report a recording from its playback page. The owner can request removal or download the stored data from the controls on that page. Removal disables playback; legal, fraud-prevention, and transaction records may be retained where required. Removal cannot delete files already downloaded by other people or links they have shared.
If the business has to close, we will give customers advance notice, help them obtain their downloadable files, and work to keep pages online as long as possible afterwards. Keep your checkout email current by contacting support if it changes. Our mission page explains the hosting commitment.
Content and copyright reports
For a privacy, permission, safety, or copyright concern, use the Report link on the keepsake or email contact@sayitagainmemo.com. Include the page link, identify the material, explain the concern, and tell us how to reach you. You do not need to own the copyright to report a privacy or safety problem.
Copyright notices
Send copyright notices to contact@sayitagainmemo.com, or by mail to Brodor Systems LLC, Attention: Copyright Manager, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, STE R, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110, United States. Copyright contact phone: (505) 585-1908. Send formal notices in writing and include:
- Your physical or electronic signature as the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them.
- The copyrighted work you believe was infringed, or a representative list when the notice covers several works.
- The material you want removed and its exact keepsake or file link so we can locate it.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
We review copyright reports and may ask for missing information. We may share relevant notice information with the person who submitted the material and restrict access while investigating. A privacy or safety report does not need to include these copyright declarations. Knowingly misrepresenting infringement or a mistaken removal can expose the sender to liability.
If your content was removed by mistake
Contact contact@sayitagainmemo.com with your explanation. For a formal copyright counter-notice, include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.
Also include your name, address, and telephone number; consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any federal judicial district where the service provider may be found); and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent. We forward a qualifying counter-notice, including these contact details, to the original claimant. Restoration depends on the applicable legal process, any notice of court action, and any independent privacy, safety, or removal restriction. Contact us before sending sensitive information beyond what that process requires.
Support
For delivery, payment, correction, accessibility, or removal help, email contact@sayitagainmemo.com. Include your keepsake link and payment receipt number when available; do not send card details.

Optional newsletter
Adults can separately choose to join our newsletter for keepsake ideas, product news, and offers. We ask you to confirm your email before subscribing. Signup is optional and does not affect purchases, free keepsakes, downloads, or support. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter.
Changes to these terms
We publish revised terms here with an effective date and version. The version accepted at checkout applies to that purchase. We provide advance notice of material changes affecting existing keepsakes and seek agreement where required; posting new terms does not automatically replace the terms of an earlier purchase.
